Experienced New Mexico Licensed Civil Engineer responsible for managing and overseeing engineering projects with emphasis on water resources. Qualified candidates must have minimum 10-years of experience producing project deliverables and construction plan sets independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, HEC-RAS, and other relevant design support software is required.
Licensed Land Surveyor interested in a full-time position and responsible for managing and overseeing survey work; help to grow the department; responsible for preparing proposals and coordinating work with other disciplines. Ability to do hands on field work, and have a good knowledge of surveying equipment. Providing accurate, thoughtful and timely support for the land surveying and civil infrastructure projects.
Entry level interns or recent graduates from an accredited university interested in working with professionals to gain valuable experience necessary to become a licensed professional. Opportunities will be provided to gain experience in water, wastewater, transportation and drainage infrastructure and other projects in communities throughout New Mexico. Applicants must be capable of performing a variety of tasks and possess strong organizational skills and strategies to meet goals; ability to prioritize multiple projects while managing timelines.
Seasoned accounts payable, time-and-expense/fixed fee invoicing, & payroll clerk to support management with reliable, consistently accurate entries and reporting. Use of specialized ledgers and accounting software to process expenditures, receivables, and process in-house payroll is required. Applicants will possess a thorough understanding of a chart of accounts, state and federal payroll liability reporting, and ability to function in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Position also requires general office support for a busy work environment involving copying, filing, contract assimilation, report writing, stocking and ordering of office supplies, telephone support, completing errands in support of business demand. Experience with Deltek Ajera software is desired.
